Dear colleagues!

The previous congresses which were held in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016 showed the huge interest of all surgery specialties representatives. And it is not random. None surgery specialty cannot do without reconstructive operations, which involve methods and techniques of plastic surgery. Plastic surgery teaches worthy and careful treatment to structures and opportunities of their using.

In public consciousness plastic surgery is firmly associated with aesthetic surgery, but the aesthetic surgery is a little part of plastic surgery. First of all, the activity of plastic surgery is treatment of anatomical and functional body defects, head and limbs, underlying structures, which could appear because of birth malformations growth, acute injuries, their consequences, diseases and surgical interventions, directed to treatment of various pathologies (iatrogenic defects). The above-stated pathological conditions are the reasons of patient’s work capacity loss, but also dramatically reduce their life quality and  influence hugely on their social status.

National congress «Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetology» -  is a place, which provides professional information exchange between experts of different specialties, related to plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine and cosmetology. 

The Congress participants are going to be more than 2000 of plastic and maxillofacial surgeons, otolaryngologists, ophthalmic surgeons, kombustiologs, traumatologist-orthopedists, oncologists, gynecologists, urologists, neurologists, anesthesiologists and dermatocosmetologists.
